Civas Hair Transplant, also known as Civas & Akpınar Hair Transplant Clinic, is an Ankara clinic focused on diagnosing and treating hair loss in men and women.
Dermatologists Dr. Ekrem Civas and Dr. Ümit Akpınar provide individualized hair restoration planning, including FUE and DHI procedures. Clinic-published 2026 prices in EUR. FUE, DHI and Sapphire FUE use the same package pricing. The final quotation depends on the selected package and assessed graft requirement. Packages include hotel accommodation, transfers, translation, medication, an aftercare kit and follow-up support.

Graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine and completed dermatology residency in 1999. His hair restoration training includes placements in the United States and Canada. The clinic states that he is ABHRS certified and a Fellow of the ISHRS.
Dr. Ümit Akpınar
Dermatologist and Hair Transplant Surgeon
Graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2015. Completed dermatology specialty training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital and Ankara City Hospital Dermatology Clinic. His practice includes FUE, DHI and medical treatment of hair loss.
