Aestepool Clinic is a hair transplantation service in the Zeytinburnu area of Istanbul, led by Dr. Ahmed Altan. The clinic states that procedures take place in rented hospital space. Its published treatment options include Micro FUE, sapphire-assisted FUE and DHI, with services for scalp, beard and eyebrow transplantation.
Dr. Altan supervises the treatment process and personally performs key stages, including planning and channel opening. His biography describes medical studies in Sofia and at Goethe University in Frankfurt, followed by FUE training from 2012 to 2014. The clinic lists his role as chief hair transplant surgeon from 2014.
The patient journey starts with an online assessment using photographs taken from several angles. A medical questionnaire follows the preliminary assessment, after which patients receive a proposed package and appointment options. The clinic describes a typical three-day visit covering arrival, consultation and treatment, followed by dressing removal, washing and a further consultation.
International arrangements include airport transport, hotel accommodation and transfers during the visit. English-speaking assistance is available, with additional translation options described for Spanish, Polish, Italian and French. Patients and companions can use the hospital restaurant, and a meal is offered during the treatment day.
Aftercare includes direct contact with the doctor and a consultant, with particular guidance during the first month. The clinic also describes online follow-up during hair regrowth. Its published package prices distinguish the current Standard by Doctor offer from a separately dated price effective from January 2027.
