Babuccu Aesthetic Center was established in Nişantaşı, Istanbul, in 2014 by Op. Dr. Berfu Babucçu and Prof. Dr. Orhan Babucçu. The centre provides consultations and aesthetic treatment, while surgical procedures are carried out in contracted hospitals. Op. Dr. Berfu Babucçu graduated from Gazi University in 2000 and completed specialist training in plastic and reconstructive surgery in 2006. Her published background includes training in laser and medical aesthetic applications in Paris in 2007, followed by work in private practice and at Fulya Jinemed before the centre opened.
Prof. Dr. Orhan Babucçu completed plastic surgery training at Gazi University between 1993 and 1999. His experience includes microsurgery research at Cleveland Clinic and founding the plastic surgery department at Zonguldak Karaelmas University. He became an associate professor in 2005 and a professor in 2010. Together, the founders provide the clinical team described in the centre’s own account.
