Op. Dr. Celal Alioğlu is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon who opened his own clinic in 2022. The office is on Bağdat Caddesi in Suadiye, Kadıköy, on the Asian side of Istanbul. According to the website, operations take place in hospitals, and most of his patients come from abroad. The clinic team includes a surgical nurse, a clinic coordinator and international health consultants.

Dr. Alioğlu graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine. He trained in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Istanbul Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital (now Health Sciences University Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital) and passed the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) examinations. He then worked as a plastic surgeon at Hatay State Hospital. In 2019 he returned to Istanbul, where he worked for a year in health tourism at a private clinic and then for two years at a private aesthetic surgery hospital before opening his own practice.

Procedures include rhinoplasty (including revision, ethnic, piezo and male rhinoplasty), breast augmentation, reduction and lift, and revision breast surgery. Facial procedures include face and neck lift, temporal lift, blepharoplasty, buccal fat removal, lip lift, otoplasty and forehead reduction. Body procedures include abdominoplasty, arm and thigh lift, liposuction, Brazilian butt lift, gynecomastia surgery and genital aesthetic procedures. Minimally invasive treatments include wrinkle treatment, dermal fillers and mesotherapy. For patients from abroad, the team arranges airport transfers and hotel reservations.
