About Dr. Ilker Manavbasi’s Clinic
Op. Dr. Y. İlker Manavbaşı is a plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon in Istanbul. Since 2026 he has seen patients at Orion Surgery Center Tıp Merkezi in Kâğıthane, after earlier years in Etiler, Nişantaşı and Maslak. He started private practice in 2006 with İmep Estetik and has run a clinic under his own name since 2020.
He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1994 and completed his specialist training at Hacettepe University in 2001, with observerships at Kuopio University (Finland) and Linköping University (Sweden). He then led the hand surgery unit at Özel İren Hospital and worked with Prof. Dr. Onur Erol at the ONEP clinic. He trained in body contouring with Dr. Jean François Pascal in 2018, and observed rhinoplasty with Dr. Bahman Guyuron in Cleveland, USA, in 2019.
His main areas are functional rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, mega liposuction and liposculpture, and breast surgery. He is a member of ISAPS, the Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and The Rhinoplasty Society, and founding chair of the HABEK plastic surgeons’ working group. He has presented on BBL and secondary liposuction, safety in gluteal fat grafting, and breast reduction techniques.
