About Dr. Oyku Celen – Skin Health Turkey
Skin Health Turkey is a hair transplant practice in central Istanbul co-founded by dermatologist Dr. I. Öykü Çelen. She oversees all medical procedures and treats the patients, while operations management and organisation are handled by co-founder Serkan Çelen. The practice describes a boutique approach and treats patients from Italy, Spain, France, Russia, the UK, the USA and other countries.
Dr. Çelen studied medicine at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa) and trained in dermatology at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. She has worked at her own dermatology practice, İstanbul Cerrahi Hospital, M-Onep Aesthetic Clinic, Siirt State Hospital and Dermacare Beauty Center. Her fields are hair transplantation, dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments and stem cell injections.
Dr. Çelen reviews each patient’s photos and recommends a treatment and method before travel. Patient coordinators prepare a personal programme, with airport pickup, hotel stays and optional tours. Interpreters are available in English, Italian, Spanish, Russian and French. The practice states that it is certified by MTQU.
