Op. Dr. Rahmi Evinç is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon who has run his own private practice in İzmir since 2018. He studied medicine at GATA Faculty of Medicine (1995–2001) and completed his plastic surgery residency at GATA Haydarpaşa Training and Research Hospital (2004–2009). He then worked as a plastic surgeon at Diyarbakır Military Hospital (2009–2013), and at İzmir Military Hospital and İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital (2013–2018).
